After I posted Getting Brave with Brassicas, a couple of people commented that I had not included Brussels Sprouts . In response to the comments came some great suggestions and here’s another. You’ve reminded me I must add a sprout recipe. It was good enough for a non-sprout lover to stand transfixed in my kitchen when he smelled them.
